Overview
The project's purpose is to provide foundational and comprehensive learning, leading to literacy, expertise, and advocacy in sustainability for product designers.
Core faculty will co-develop and embed a curriculum that aligns with new sustainability course learning outcomes for 8 required studios of the ArtCenter Product Design degree program and 3 studios within PCC's School of Design Media Art.

The Student Ambassador in the Engineering for One Planet (EOP) and ArtCenter Curriculum Project is crucial in bridging the gap between the student body and the project’s core team.
The ambassador is responsible for representing student interests, providing insights into student experiences, and contributing to the project's overall goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Representation:
Act as the voice of the student community in project meetings and discussions. Ensure that student perspectives and concerns are considered in the development of sustainable design curricula and activities.
2. Career Preparation Focus:
Provide insights on how the project can better prepare students for careers in sustainable design. Collaborate with the Principal Investigators (PIs) and other project members to integrate career preparation elements into the project outcomes.
3. Collaboration with PIs:
Work closely with the project's Principal Investigators as needed, offering student perspectives and feedback on various aspects of the project, including curriculum development, sustainability initiatives, and project evaluation.
4. Engagement and Support:
Participate in project-related meetings, workshops, and other events. Assist in tasks and initiatives that support the project’s objectives, such as contributing to the development of sustainability-focused curriculum changes and participating in community engagement activities.
